Filming has begun in St. Petersburg on the new feature film «Have It My Way!», a vibrant dance dramedy that blends the rhythm of street culture with the emotional depth of a coming-of-age story. The film is directed by Andrey Noskov, a well-known Russian actor and theater director.
The screenplay was written by Diana Belova and Andrey Noskov. The film features an impressive ensemble cast, including Yan Tsapnik, Matvey Astrahantsev, Viktoria Badneu, Elizaveta Tsapnik, Ksenia Bodryagina, Andrey Noskov, Alexander Tolchinsky, Irina Bogatkina, and others.
«Have It My Way!» tells the story of 17-year-old Liza, the daughter of a powerful businessman who dreams of freedom and self-expression through street dance — against her father’s strict expectations. It’s a powerful and emotional tale about growing up, finding one’s own voice, and the courage to stay true to yourself.
The film is produced by Diana Belova, Alexander Zlatopolsky, Angelo Sconda, and Andrey Noskov, with the support of the Committee for Culture of St. Petersburg.
The production kicked off with a traditional ceremony attended by cast, producers, and friends of the project — including Michele Geraci and Anfisa Chekhova — who took part in the symbolic breaking of the film clapperboard to mark the beginning of shooting.
With over 300 professional dancers involved, «Have It My Way!» promises to be one of the most visually striking and emotionally charged Russian film projects of the year — a cinematic celebration of youth, freedom, and the power of passion.
